DAMTEC® sonic and  DAMTEC® sonic drain plus (fleece backing & 3D profiling) have proven themselves for years as structural protection mats with impact sound insulation properties on roof terraces, balconies, loggias, and access galleries. They are typically used in structures with concrete slabs in a gravel bed or wooden slat constructions. With fire protection class Efl-B2, these already achieve a good level of fire protection.

However, in special applications, an even higher fire protection classification is required . We have met this customer request with the development of the DAMTEC® sonic FiRe. It is Broof(t1) classified and achieves fire protection class Cfl-s1 .

All impact sound values ​​of the DAMTEC® sonic tested in our brochure also apply to the new DAMTEC® sonic FiRe!
