Zlatna Panera Cement Plant
High-Performance Acoustic Engineering for Control Cabins
Within the Golden Panega Cement Plant, a dedicated acoustic insulation system was engineered and implemented for the control cabins, targeting both structure-borne (impact) and airborne noise transmission in a high-load industrial environment. The solution integrates a 6 mm single-layer high-density elastomeric matrix (Damtec multi), acting as a resilient decoupling layer to minimize vibration transfer and disrupt acoustic bridges within the structural assembly.
The system delivers:
• effective decoupling of structural vibrations generated by heavy machinery
• reduction of impact noise propagation through construction elements
• improved airborne sound insulation (Rw performance) within enclosed spaces
• enhanced operational comfort and safety for personnel in control units
Engineered for durability, the material maintains its performance characteristics under continuous mechanical stress, making it suitable for industrial-grade acoustic applications.
