Advanced Acoustic Protection for Modern Living

  At the Vitosha Apartments residential complex in Pernik, a comprehensive acoustic solution was implemented to ensure maximum comfort for residents. A total of 40,000 m² of Damtec multi (2 mm and 3 mm) was installed beneath the cement screed, delivering high-performance reduction of impact noise and structural vibrations.
  In addition, elevator shafts were acoustically insulated, minimizing both airborne and structure-borne noise, a critical factor in multi-storey residential buildings.
