Residential Integration at Teatralna Complex 
 For the first time in Bulgaria, a Kaufland retail store has been successfully integrated within a residential building — located on the ground floor of a premium development by HIDROSTROY in the Teatralna district.To ensure uncompromised living comfort for residents, an advanced acoustic solution was implemented across the entire retail area. A total of 15,000 m² of Damtec multi (3 mm) was installed beneath the screed, providing high-performance protection against impact noise and structural vibration transmission.
