The Five Sky development in Burgas features a comprehensive acoustic concept, including 255,000 m² of Damtec multi (3 mm) for impact noise reduction beneath screed and 35,000 m² of Damtec multi (6 mm) for airborne sound insulation within wall assemblies. The project is further enhanced with engineered playground and sports zones, developed through specialized systems ensuring safety, durability, and high performance for active urban living.
